Circular Saw Blades
Industrial-grade circular blades from 10" to 84" diameter. Carbide-tipped, HSS, and specialty grades.
Industrial Circular Saw Blade Solutions
Circular saw blades are the backbone of sawmill operations and metal fabrication facilities. We provide precision-engineered blades designed to meet the rigorous demands of large-scale production.
Blade Specifications
| Specification | Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Diameter | 10" - 84"+ | Larger sizes available |
| Kerf (Thickness) | 0.125" - 0.375" | Standard industrial range |
| Arbor Size | 1" - 2.5" | Custom sizes available |

Tooth Configurations
- Flat Top (FT): Ripping operations, straight cuts along grain
- Alternate Top Bevel (ATB): Smooth crosscuts, clean finishes
- Triple Chip Grind (TCG): Hard materials, laminates, non-ferrous metals
- High ATB: Fine crosscutting, melamine, veneer
- Combination: Mixed tooth patterns for versatility
Carbide Grade Selection
Choose the right carbide grade for your application:
- C-2: General purpose, balance of hardness and toughness
- C-3: Abrasive materials, particleboard, MDF
- C-4: Non-ferrous metals, high-silica woods
- C-1: Maximum hardness for specialized applications
Blade Types by Application
Rip Blades
24-40 teeth. Fast, aggressive cuts along the grain for dimensional lumber.
Crosscut Blades
60-80 teeth. Smooth cuts across grain, precision finishing work.
Combination
Mixed tooth configurations for shops needing versatility.
Operating Parameters
Proper blade speed (RPM) is critical for performance and longevity. Typical ranges:
- Large sawmill blades: 3,000 - 6,000 RPM
- Medium industrial: 4,000 - 8,000 RPM
- Metal cutting: 1,000 - 3,000 RPM (material dependent)
